Once you arrive at the office, a small surgical stent is seated in your mouth telling Dr. Hagerty exactly where to place your new implant fixture, which is a very small titanium screw. This titanium screw is accepted by your bone and integrates over a period of three to six months.
Once healing is complete, we are ready to build a new tooth on top. Utilizing digital impressions, a custom crown is made and is connected to your implant using something called an abutment.
